Paper Shredding & Electronic Recycling Event Near Sunnyvale, TX

Important Notice: This event has been moved to May 4th due to weather conditions.

In partnership with the Town of Sunnyvale, we are having a Free Paper Shredding & Electronic Recycling Event. This event is for Sunnyvale residents only, and a valid driver’s license or utility bill is required. The event will take place in the parking lot of Jobson Park, located at 335 Jobson Road, Sunnyvale, TX, 75182.

Please follow these rules when you bring items to Community Recycling sites (Limit of four boxes per resident):

• Stay in your vehicle.
• 1 car at a time will be unloaded, so please wait in line patiently.

Accepting paper with: 

• Staples
• Paper clips
• Rubber bands
• Small binder clips
• File folders

Not accepting paper with: 

• Large binder clips
• Binders
• Coil Binding
• Hanging file folders
• Plastic Bags
• Magnets
• Hard cover books

Pre-shredded paper is not accepted at this event.

Additionally, our partner United Electronic Recycling will be there for electronic recycling. All collected electronic waste is processed through R2V3 standards.

Drop-off Event Disposal Fees:

• CRT monitors – $5/item
• Televisions – $25/item
• Items containing Freon-$20

Electronics accepted:

• All Televisions and Monitors
• All Computers and Components
• All Wires and Cables
• All Network & Communication Equipment
• All Consumer Electronics
• All Audio/ Video Equipment
• Batteries and Backups (we do not accept alkaline batteries)
• Kitchen Appliances (ex. blenders, microwaves, scales, mixers)
