Mobile Shred It Announces Free Paper Shredding & Electronic Recycling Event in July 25, 2026!
Mobile Shred It, a division of United Electronic Recycling, is excited to invite the community to DFW Recycles Day on Saturday, July 25, 2026. This free electronic recycling and paper shredding event will be held at our Coppell facility and is open to all DFW residents. Bring your sensitive documents for secure shredding and your unwanted electronics for responsible recycling completely free of charge.
There is a limit of two banker boxes or one full kitchen trash bags per vehicle for paper shredding. For electronics recycling, United Electronic Recycling will accept a wide variety of electronic devices and equipment. While certain items such as televisions (limit of two per customer), CRT monitors, printers, copiers, and fax machines typically require a recycling fee, all fees will be waived during this special event.
This is a great opportunity to safely dispose of confidential documents, old electronics, junk mail, and outdated technology while helping protect the environment. Our team will be on-site throughout the event to assist with unloading and ensure the process is quick, convenient, and hassle-free.
How to Prepare Your Documents for Shredding
You may leave staples, paper clips, rubber bands, and small binder clips attached to your documents. However, please remove large binder clips, hanging folders, binders, plastic materials, coil bindings, and magnets before arrival.
